Bacterial infection is the main cause of infectious disease in human that mediated through virulent factors such as capsule, flagella, adhesive agents, and toxins as well. Emerged complexities derived from various infectious pathogens are responsible for a wide range of selective impact on human population (1, 2). Among the various pathogenic bacteria, toxin producing one can cause morbidity and mortality especially in immune compromised, elderly people and children (3, 4). They are successfully changing their genome and obtain new antibiotic resistance complicating effective treatment (5, 6). In the past and present, antibodies have been as reliable molecules for the diagnostic and treatment of infectious diseases. Nevertheless, the undesirable effects of these large specific biomolecules such as large size, immunogenicity and the high cost of production may limit its clinical applications so new effective antimicrobial compounds is needed (7).
