Dr.belbin after observing teams over several years he founded that each member of the team perform different roles. Belbin defined the different types of characteristics and the personality types in a team. This theory shows that those roles in different behavior’s of members. Mainly according to Belbins there are diversity of personalities and diversity of roles in a one team. Each member perform specific task naturally. Sometime those are not assigned but they are naturally performed by a member or members. According to Belbins identification of those roles can be used as strength and it will be a useful for the team to work together by identification of each of the role. Belbin introduce nine team roles by his experiment. He dived nine roles as, 03 action oriented people, 03 people oriented people and 03 cerebral roles. Those nine roles are explained using activity done by the guest lecture.
• Plant

According to the activity done in the guest lecture we had a chance to find what character that we are in group. Not only that but also that help the group to work effectively and efficiently. We got A4 sheets, plastic cups, tape, and etc. to make the clogard smart tower. In that team work we planned to make the highest tower to hold the brush. Same members gave same innovate ideas (plant), one friend coordinate work and he make the work done from the other by acting as the chairperson (Coordinator),one member went for see what doing other team (resource Investigator), one person always try to give special ideas of making the tower more stable (specialized), one member always think of the time and he always try to finish the building the time on time (Complete finisher), two members always try to work as a member of the team and they implement the ideas provided by the others (Implementer), same members analyze options in the team work and they work in the team by analyzing those options provided (Monitor Evaluator), two members are always provide new ideas to the group and they always improve the ability of the team (shaper), there are three members who always encourage the cooperation and they are always try to work as a member of the team ( Team workers).
From that activity we have identify what character is we are according to the Belbins theory. That help us to identify our character and to work in the team effectively. Identifying those roles make things easier to handle. With the dividing of the work it was easy to work as a team. Belbins team roles theory will be a good for us when we are working in a team.
