None of the companies provides warranty for any products/services. Though they are charging a hefty amount of money, yet they are not providing any kind of warranty. This results in lack of trust from the demand side.
Lack of after sales service
There is no after sales services provided by the interior designing company. So, for any kind of problems after the completion of the project, customers need to someone for fixing the problem.
Lack of EMI option
There is no EMI option provided by the companies. Many customers mentioned the lack of emi option as an potential reason for not investing more money over the interiors.
Word of Mouth and Online search is most preferred channel.
Customers either take references from their known people before choosing an interior designer or they search online for choosing one. So, in terms of channels for lead generation, one should focus on online marketing and video testimonials for lead generation and customer acquisition.
