The role of communication in the strategic and program planning process is necessary for managing a multidisciplinary and multicultural health care system organizational effectiveness. As for the reason as to why some healthcare organization become successful is because of effective management. This paper will explain the one of the trends of marking the continuing transformation of the U.S. health care industry the dramatic increase in the pace of competition. The heightened competition is taking place among hospitals, health plans, physician groups, and drug companies, and between physicians and hospitals, and hospitals and health plans.
Communication is also, an important concept that carries out a planning of strategies and organizations mainly through the ability to encourage coordination between managers and staff. Verbal communication is a perfect way to help a company to accomplish goals or to encourage others to create their goal. Communicating provides and distinction between organization and employees. In today’s healthcare industry organization managers are now responsible for sharing information with other staff just to achieve their goals. It helps the organizational members to establish both personal and organizational goals.
Every head department managers should utilize goals to their staff members; at this time this would allow staff members to create their goal and successful organization. To have a good relationship with the employees there must be an effective communication process between the executives and the employees. An effective communication in the health care system can only be achieved by putting mechanisms in its place that facilitate efficient and complaint resolutions. But on the other hand, there is a lack of communication that is between the conductors and the employee that may result to mistreating of the management. “George. B.M (2008).
The team must contain factual plans, the correct viewpoint, the correct tools, and the best planning partners. But the communication planning process should always start with the objectives to examine the strategies. The next additional customers are equally communication is an active plan for most organizations that serves which depends on or any way connected with the community. The purpose for communication is the audience, message that can change but needs to maintain relationships with the media and the people in the community. Communication is the best thig in success because without communication there is no understanding between individuals. “When you are faced with challenges that continuously rise of the healthcare seekers are looking forward to quality services”. It’s my believe that in order for an organization to plan their objectives and activities they should also begin planning ways to communicate with people this is an on-going process not a onetime process. Communication is useful in all points of an organization’s development in society today. I believe that communication is to connect with the audience with the right message that you are trying to deliver so that it is received, understood and acted on at the right time it’s all about how you communicate a strategy plan to reach your goal. Organization communicate to inform and build understanding so that there are no misunderstandings. It also presents a point of view and lower barriers between groups and individuals. Effective communication is vital to a successful financial planning. Krentz (2006 ).
