Saed Adnan Mustafaa at el., (2012), explored “the relationship between implement of corporate social responsibility and the company performance of public listed companies”. Recent studies concentrated on the link between corporate social responsibility (CSR) and the company’s performance based on the international data. Primary data were collected from 200 respondents that had worked in the Malaysian public quoted companies. The outcomes of the study derived from multi-group SEM with the help of AMOS 7.0. The Study indicated the significant association between CSR and company performance. The results of the study also tested through the mediation effects of reputation in the connection between CSR and company’s performance. Which demonstrated the reputation partially mediated the connection between CSR and company’s performance. The study only focused on public listed companies in Malaysia but other companies, for example small and medium enterprises and privately-owned businesses were eliminated from that study.
